Privacy Policy

SwimCalc runs entirely on your device. Course conversions are computed locally from the time you enter — nothing is sent to a server.

• Conversion history: saved conversions are stored only on your device.
• No location: SwimCalc does not request or use your location.
• No accounts: there is no sign-in, and we do not collect your name, email, or contacts.
• No tracking: there is no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.

Purchases

We do not collect, sell, or share your personal data. Purchases are processed by Apple; subscription status is managed via RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous app user ID and the App Store transaction — never your name, contacts, or content.

Children

This app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.

By downloading or using SwimCalc, you agree to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula, together with the terms below.

Subscriptions & purchases

SwimCalc offers auto-renewing monthly and annual subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. A one-time lifetime purchase is also available — it is a non-consumable, one-time payment and does not auto-renew. Prices are shown in the app and may vary by region.

Not affiliated; conversions are estimates

SwimCalc is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NCAA or USA Swimming. Course conversions between Short Course Yards (SCY), Short Course Meters (SCM), and Long Course Meters (LCM) are calibrated estimates based on the published USA Swimming / Hy-Tek course-conversion methodology (a yards-to-meters length ratio plus per-turn adjustments). They are high-quality estimates for planning and comparison, not official times. Actual results depend on the pool, the swim, and race conditions.
